Melissa and Jonathan are both certified 200 hour YTT instructors, trained under the World Conscious Yoga Family, as well have completed their level 1 and 2 Acroyoga Montreal Teacher Training.  Their energy and experience is now being offered throughout British Columbia, Canada where they now reside.  From one-on-one classes to group classes and even specialty classes, such as AcroYoga or yoga for runners, these two can create a personalized practice to help you (and friends) go deeper into your practice.  Classes can be suited to help you reach your goals, whether that focuses on mindfulness in meditation, strength and flexibility, or help you step onto your yoga mat for the first time.

One on one

Mel and Jon have both completed both level 1 and 2 of the Acroyoga Montreal Teacher Training, and have lots of experience in Acroyoga of many styles.  The Acroyoga Montreal style incorporates fundamentals of yoga, creative process, and makes Acroyoga available to practitioners of all levels!

Yoga for runners

Being a pair of ultra marathon runners, we understand the toll running (in all forms) can take on your body.  Yoga has allowed us to stay injury free and recover faster from hard training sessions and races.  It has also brought an improvement in body movement, awareness and control, as well as a higher level of control over our breath and how we use it when running.

Yoga for strength

Yoga has the ability to build new more finite strength within the body, even in elite athletes.  With a background in Crossfit and our ultra running, we create and lead challenging classes that help build strength and challenge the mind to stay calm even in the midst of physical exertion.  We won’t even need to heat the room to get you sweating!

    Welcome to Chile! I’ve heard good things about you folks through Shelly 🙂

    I’m currently training for the Santiago marathon and am looking for a yoga routine that will help loosen tight muscles, maintain strength, and prevent injury. I practice with at home but would love a few sessions to work on alignment and such.
