Whether you’re a seasoned runner or have recently set a new years resolution to get back into some light running, the mysterious world of minimalist footwear and running can be quite confusing.  Google searches might be cluttered with contradicting articles on how to run, what shoes to wear, or how far to run, and quite recently news headlines about lawsuits against Vibram, the developers of the Five Finger shoes.  Minimalist running has its place in each runners world, and that’s what we’re here for.  We’ve tried all types of minimalist shoes/sandals/gloves, and have put them to the test running everything from 400m sprint repeats to a 250km stage race ultra marathons.  We’ve learned from our experiences, developed some of our own recovery techniques and most importantly discovered safe and effective ways to introduce runners to minimalist footwear.  If we didn’t know what we were talking about, we wouldn’t have been the first runners ever to finish a 250km Racing the Planet race series this past September in Madagascar.

Whether you’re looking to fully transition into only running in minimalist footwear or simply looking to mix in some minimalist running to further strengthen your feet and legs to avoid injury, our customized program will build volumes slowly while teaching specific strengthening and recovery exercises/techniques.  Our goal is to let you Run Free, with less injuries and less discomfort before, during and after your runs. Let’s all learn to be kids again and run like we used to on the playground!
